Leveraging the strong manufacturing capabilities of HONDVO TOOLING, we undertake R&D and mass production of a wide range of high-precision injection-molded products. Equipped with 21 injection molding machines — including SUMITOMO all-electric, TOYO hydraulic, and dedicated LSR (liquid silicone rubber) models — we deliver everything from precision structural parts, transparent optical components, and overmolded parts to liquid silicone parts in a one-stop process.

We are currently focused on the medical device sector, with our main products including:

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of ultra-precision injection molds. With years of deep expertise in the mold industry, we provide end-to-end capabilities — from product structure review and mold design to precision machining and trial molding. Our full-brand equipment matrix ranges from Swiss Hauser jig grinders and German RODERS 5-axis CNC to Japanese YASDA high-speed machining centers, covering complete mold manufacturing processes including CNC machining, EDM, wire-cutting, and precision grinding. Mold accuracy reaches micron level, serving high-end manufacturing fields such as medical devices, intelligent robotics, and automotive components.
